Ng Pei Hui, Chief Embryologist

Ng Pei Hui serves as the Chief Embryologist at Monash IVF Singapore. As an MOH-Licensed Embryologist, she provides strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for the IVF laboratory. Her primary focus is ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, workflow efficiency, and strict adherence to international codes of practice for reproductive technology.

With over 20 years of specialized experience, Pei Hui is a master of advanced embryology techniques, consistently achieving excellent clinical outcomes.

Advanced Micromanipulation: A leading expert in PIEZO-ICSI, renowned for achieving high fertilization rates while minimizing oocyte damage. Proficient in IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection) and PICSI for superior sperm selection.

Embryo Assessment & Selection: Highly skilled in using time-lapse imaging (Embryoscope KIDScore) for morphokinetic embryo analysis. This data-driven approach aids in selecting the most viable embryos for transfer, aiming to improve pregnancy success and reduce miscarriage rates.

Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT): Certified by the Singapore NUH PGD Centre, she expertly performs trophectoderm embryo biopsy and cell washing for PGT cases, maintaining high diagnostic success rates.
