Singapore Medisave withdrawal

To help couples better afford the cost of treatment for Assisted Conception Procedures (ACP), a married couple (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident) may withdraw the following amount from the patient’s or the patient’s spouse’s Medisave account:

  • $6,000 for the first cycle
  • $5,000 for the second cycle
  • $4,000 for the third and subsequent cycles
    $15,000*

*A couple may withdraw $6,000, $5,000 and $4,000 from MediSave for the first, second and third treatment cycles respectively. The maximum total amount of MediSave withdrawal across cycles allowed for Assisted Conception Procedures is $15,000. Egg Freezing Treatment for Medical Reasons $8,000 Includes:

    – Fertility Specialist Fee
    – Anaesthetist Fee
    – Egg recovery charges
    – Operating Theatre charges
    – Recovery Room charges
    – Vitrification
    – Egg freezing storage for 2 years
Elective Egg Freezing (EFF) / Social Egg Freezing treatment $5,400 Includes:

    – Anaesthetist Fee
    – OPU charges
    – Operating Theatre charges
    – Recovery Room charges
    – Oocyte Freezing (Vitrification)
    – Freezing of unlimited eggs
    – Oocyte storage charges for 3 years
    Excludes Fertility Specialist fee, medication, Non-Standard anaesthesia drugs, and prevailing GST.

Sperm Freezing $320 Back-up sperm for AR procedures only

Time-lapse Incubator (Embryoscope+)
(optional)		 $900 Embryoscope+ enables a stable culture environment for embryos and acquires time lapse photos of embryo development.
EmbryoGlue

***Follicle Stimulation Drugs & Medications are prescribed by the Specialist and are not included in above prices.

***Medisave (Singapore’s medical saving fund scheme) for Assisted Reproductive Treatments may be utilised, subject to the withdrawal limits set by the Singapore CPF board (Central Provident Fund), where applicable.
