Singapore Medisave Withdrawal for Fertility Treatment Cost

To help couples better afford the cost of treatment for Assisted Conception Procedures (ACP), a married couple (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident) may withdraw the following amount from the patient’s or the patient’s spouse’s Medisave account:

  • $6,000 for the first cycle
  • $5,000 for the second cycle
  • $4,000 for the third and subsequent cycles

*A couple may withdraw $6,000, $5,000 and $4,000 from MediSave for the first, second and third treatment cycles respectively. The maximum total amount of MediSave withdrawal across cycles allowed for Assisted Conception Procedures is $15,000. Time-lapse Incubator (Embryoscope+) – Embryoscope+ enables a stable culture environment for embryos and acquires time lapse photos of embryo development. All procedures includes usage of Embryoscope+
EmbryoGlue (optional) $300 A medium specifically designed for Embryo Transfer (ET) by aiding embryo implantation
PICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) (optional) $350 A technique used for selection of sperm for ICSI
IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically-Selected Sperm Injection) (optional) $300 An advanced IVF technique that uses a high-powered microscope to select the best sperm for fertilization
PIEZO-ICSI(optional) $500 An advanced procedure that uses high-speed, microscopic vibrations for insemination of sperm into a mature egg

***Follicle Stimulation Drugs & Medications are prescribed by the Specialist and are not included in above prices.
